Billing and Pricing
What payment methods are available?
We offer the convenience of paying via Bank Transfers or credit card.
When will I receive the bill for your services?
At the end of each month. You’ll receive a consolidated bill encompassing all the services we’ve provided.
How is the cleaning cost determined?
Our approach to determining the cost involves two options.
The first option (and ideal one) is where we conduct a free visit to your office to provide an accurate estimate.
Or (if an in-person visit isn’t possible) we’ll kindly request some fundamental details, such as: the office size, room count, restrooms, and staff.
With these details, we’ll design a personalized plan that fits your needs. This includes determining how often we should visit and how long each visit should be. Your unique requirements guide our approach.
How do I stop my regular cleaning service?
You’re welcome to reach out through a call, email or text whenever you’re ready. We’ll promptly halt the service as per your request.
Getting into Your Office
How do your cleaners access my office?
You may choose any of the following:
1. You can be present to welcome them
2. Leave a key in a secure spot
3. Provide us with a lockbox code that we’ll keep confidential
Your convenience and security are paramount to us.
Who’s in charge of our relationship?
Our Supervisors Team will be in charge. How? They will pay a visit to your office each month to ensure everything’s running as desired.
You can always request add-ons or adjust your selected service. To do this, feel free to contact your assigned Account Manager.
How can I provide feedback?
You can get in touch by phone or email to share your thoughts with us at any time.
Moreover, we’ll send you a monthly survey to ensure everything meets your expectations.
What if I’m not happy with the service?
Your happiness is our priority.
If you ever find yourself less than satisfied, let us know, and we’ll work together to find the right solution.
Our Cleaning Service
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
You don’t have to worry about supplies! – We bring everything we need, including equipment.
If you’d rather us use your own items, make sure to give us a heads-up via your Account Manager in advance.
Your comfort matters to us.
Can I have the same cleaners every time?
Absolutely! We’ll do our best to send the same cleaning team to your place.
But, Please keep in mind: we can’t guarantee it. Things like vacations, days off or illness may infer with your choice.
When can you clean my office?
It’s all about your preference.
We can clean during regular office hours or after-hours. It’s worth noting that cleaning after-hours is usually the most cost-effective option.
How does scheduling work?
After you receive the free assessment, you will know the best schedule for your office.
All you have to do is let us know your choice and preference for hours and days.
If you ever need to make adjustments, you can call, email or text us to rearrange your weekly plan. Your convenience is important to us.
Do we have to sign a contract?
Yes, we’ll have a simple contract that outlines the service details like visits and hours per week. You can cancel it anytime via email with a week’s notice, and there’s no cost.
Is your service insured?
Yes, all our services are insured with a general liability policy. Your peace of mind is important to us.
