Billing and Pricing

When will my credit card be charged?

We only charge your credit card after your chosen booked service is successfully completed.

Are there any fees for canceling or rescheduling?

We want to be upfront with you about fees.

If you decide to cancel (or reschedule) after 12:00 PM the day before your cleaning… there’s a chance of a $30 last-minute-change fee.

As for Recurring Services…

If you decide to cancel your recurring service before your second visit:

We will apply a $50 fee to match our “one-time” service pricing.

How is my cleaning price determined?

We make sure your cleaning price fits you like a glove.

It’s based on things like your home’s size, how often you want cleaning, and any extra services you might need.

What if my home is bigger than the average home?

Appointments and Scheduling

How do I stop my recurring service?

You have the flexibility to call (or text us) at your convenience to halt the service.

We will stop the service as soon as you request it, without any penalty.

Why can’t I choose a specific appointment time?

We’re busy keeping homes clean every day!

(And, pinpointing exact cleaning times can be tricky.)

That’s why we provide a preferred time frame – it helps us serve you better.

But!

If you have a specific time in mind, just let us know. We’ll do our best to make it work for you.

How will I be notified about the maids’ arrival?

Simple! You’ll receive ETA text messages or app notifications as our team heads to your place.

You’ll always know when we’re on the way.

What if I need to reschedule?

Don’t worry – rescheduling is a breeze. Just contact us via e-mail, phone call or text!

To skip any last-minute fees, remember to make changes by 12:00 pm the day before your scheduled cleaning.

Home Access

How do the maids gain entry to my home?

You’ve got choices – you can be there to greet them, leave a hidden key, or share a lockbox code for secure entry. Whichever you prefer.

How can I share my feedback?

We value your opinion!

After every visit we will request your feedback via email or our app.

All you have to do to share your feedback with us is follow the steps sent to you via email or the app.

(It takes less than 5 minutes, we promise.)

What if I’m not completely satisfied with the service?

Our Maid Service

How many housekeepers do you send for cleaning?

Usually, we send a team of two housekeepers to your home.

Yet, based on your home’s size and requirements, there might be times when we assign a team of three or four for the job.

We tailor our approach to fit your needs.

Do I need to supply cleaning materials?

Don’t stress about supplies – we arrive fully equipped!

We provide everything needed for cleaning, from materials to tools.

If you’d rather use your own, just let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure to accommodate your preference.

Your convenience matters to us.

Is there anything I should do before the housekeepers arrive?

Yes, please! To maximize efficiency…

We kindly ask that you tidy up by picking up clothing, toys and other household items before the team gets there.

Your help goes a long way in making the process seamless.

Can I request the same housekeepers for each visit?

Yes, you can! We will do our best to have the same team clean your home each visit if this is your preference.

But,

Please keep in mind we can’t guarantee it. Things like vacations, days off or illness may infer with your choice.

What won’t Broomday teams clean?

To ensure everyone’s well-being,

Our team is unable to clean substances like blood, feces, vomit, or animal/human urine.

We appreciate your understanding.

Your Recurring Cleaning Service: What’s Included

In your bedrooms:

We’ll take care of making beds and changing linens to ensure a fresh and comfortable space.

In the kitchen:

Our Team will meticulously scrub and sanitize sinks, counters and other surfaces around your kitchen space.

We will also give attention to outside appliances (think the doors of your fridge and dishwasher) plus, if you have a microwave we will clean it both outside and inside.

And don’t worry about the dishes – we’ll place them in the dishwasher for you (;

As for your bathrooms…

We’ll tackle the tough tasks, including scrubbing and disinfecting:

– toilets
– tubs
– showers
– sinks
– counters

Also, we will make sure your mirrors are sparkling clean and the chrome shining bright.In every corner of your home, our dedicated efforts continue.

We’ll vacuum carpets, dust ceiling fans and furniture, and meticulously dust window sills.

Furniture will receive a polished touch, and trash will be taken out.

We’ll also ensure light switches are sanitized, and floors will be swept and mopped to leave your space looking and feeling refreshed.
